Motion Industries seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist I to support payables and general accounting for internal and external customers. Under supervision, you will verify invoices, process vouchers, and maintain vendor records across ERP systems.

You will also handle ACH/wire setups, assist customers with electronic invoicing, and resolve discrepancies while upholding Motion’s payment policies and customer service standards.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required, 0–3 years related experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Effective written and verbal communication with internal/external customers.

Responsabilidades

• Review and verify vendor invoices and payment requests for accuracy.
• Process vouchers for payment using multiple accounting systems.
• Maintain vendor master records in ERP systems.
• Review vendor banking information for ACH/wire setup.
• Assist external customers with electronic invoice submission and payment.
• Resolve vendor account discrepancies and coordinate with internal departments.
