Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• At least 2 years ofAccounts Payable or related finance experience.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERP systems (EAM, SunSystems, Infor or similar).

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable processing (invoice verification, coding, payments).
• Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments per policy.
• Maintain vendor records and resolve invoice discrepancies promptly.
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies.
• Audit expense reports and process reimbursements per policy.
• Support month-end/year-end closing activities for AP (accruals/reports).
• Monitor AP aging and ensure timely processing of items.
• Analyze AP data for discrepancies and process improvements.
• Assist with limited accounts receivable tasks as needed.
