Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage high-volume invoice processing and payments in a fast-paced environment at the Peachtree Corners, GA location.

The role requires attention to detail, reliable attendance, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely supplier payments. You will review invoices, reconcile statements, code entries to GL accounts, and ensure proper approvals and tax compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting/Business or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience which includes high volume Accounts Payables processing.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
• Highly efficient time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices for prompt and accurate payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Code payable invoices to the correct GL accounts and prepare adjustments as needed.
• Review source documents for proper approvals and sales/use taxes.
• Review payment batches and print AP checks.
• Provide phone coverage as scheduled/needed.
