Qualifications

• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Process a large volume of vendor invoices daily (approx. 300 per week).
• Perform vendor account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor AP aging and pay vendors on terms and discounts.
• Issue weekly checks and maintain filing and documentation.
• Assist with audits and special accounting projects as needed.
