Job summary

ARCO/Murray Power Solutions is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to ensure accurate and timely processing of overhead invoices and employee expenses. The role involves coordinating with vendors, Project Managers and the Accounting team to resolve billing questions and maintain clean records.

The successful candidate will be organized, dependable, and capable of managing daily tasks to meet deadlines while leveraging Excel and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, 2-4 years in accounting or AP.
• Strong organization and prioritization to meet deadlines.
• Clear communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow tasks to completion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel; familiarity with Viewpoint or Keystyle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and process overhead invoices from vendors.
• Review and process employee expense reports per policies.
• Reconcile accounts payable records with the general ledger and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to vendor and partner questions about invoices, billing, and payments.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Accounting to obtain required information.
• Support additional accounting tasks and projects as assigned.
