Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounts payable experience.
• Experience processing a high volume of transactions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure vouchers for payment include 3-way matching and are authorized.
• Input PO and Non-PO invoices with correct GL posting and approvals.
• Review purchase price variances from invoices.
• Resolve GRNI and vendor return issues with other functions.
• Prepare AP checks, ACHs and wire transfers.
• Input payments in banking software; print AP reports and file records.
• Prepare AP accruals and reconcile AP accounts.
• Process employee expense reports.
• Provide status reports to management.
