Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze AP reports including aging, GRIR, parked invoices, and payment metrics.
• Perform vendor statement and GRIR reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Investigate blocked or parked invoices and coordinate resolution with internal teams.
• Monitor invoices from receipt through payment and identify process improvements.
• Review invoice coding, approvals, and supporting documentation for accuracy.
• Support weekly payment runs (ACH, wire, and check).
• Review payment proposals for duplicates, exceptions, and errors.
• Assist with month-end close activities and AP accruals.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and internal controls.
• Support internal and external audit requests.
