Qualifications

• Experience with invoice processing preferred.
• Experience with Dynamics GP or similar ERP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, retrieve, organize, and process vendor invoices.
• Research invoice information to determine ownership and account.
• Enter and maintain invoice records in AP systems accurately.
• Audit records for missing information, duplicates, or discrepancies.
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Upload invoices and documentation for review and payment.
• Ensure processing lifecycle accuracy and completeness.
• Provide cross-training on EFT and check payments as needed.
