ARCO is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to ensure accurate and timely processing of overhead invoices and employee expense reports. The role requires careful verification of documentation and collaboration with vendors and the Accounting team to move payments forward.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to manage daily tasks and deadlines while building strong working relationships within the team.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2+ years of accounting or accounts payable experience.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
• Clear communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow tasks through to completion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Experience with Viewpoint or Keystyle preferred.

Aufgaben

• Receive, verify, and process overhead invoices from vendors.
• Review and process employee expense reports, confirming documentation is complete and policies followed.
• Assist with reconciling accounts payable records to the general ledger and resolving discrepancies.
• Respond to vendor questions about invoices, billings, and payments.
• Partner with the Accounting team to obtain information and resolve outstanding items.
• Support other accounting tasks and projects as assigned.
