Job summary

The role requires strong accounting basics, excellent communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with accounting software and MS Office. You will collaborate with RBMs, Department Heads, and GM to ensure cycle integrity and SLA adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• Direct related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely AP data entry of vendor invoices and credits.
• Process AP invoices for Capex and Operating invoices for TV market operations.
• Verify vendor information and payment terms; consider use tax.
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments on invoice issues.
• Coordinate with Station RBMs, Department Heads, and GM.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
• Perform AP system testing (UAT) for system upgrades.
• Evaluate AI tools testing related to AP automation.
• Follow up on customer emails/calls in a timely manner.
• Meet and maintain Department SLAs for processing volume and quality.
