Job summary

Industrial Networking Solutions seeks an Accounts Payable Analyst for our Richardson, TX office. You will process vendor invoices, reconcile accounts, manage payments, and assist with month-end close in a fast-paced environment. An Associate’s degree in accounting or finance and 1–5 years’ AP experience are preferred.

Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. Experience with NetSuite is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 1–5 years of accounts payable experience.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Experience with NetSuite (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume vendor invoices in compliance with company policies and internal controls.
• Review and verify invoice accuracy, terms, and approvals.
• Manage weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and respond to inquiries timely.
• Monitor AP aging reports and resolve outstanding items.
