Job summary

Gray Media is seeking an Accounts Payable Representative to manage invoices and payments for a group of TV stations. You will scan invoices, enter vendor details, reconcile statements, and disburse payments.

Responsibilities

• Scanning invoices into our automated Accounts Payable system.
• Keying vendor invoice detail into the system.
• Reviewing and reconciling vendor and invoice detail.
• Reconciling vendor statements.
• Processing and disbursement of payments.
• Working with internal and external customers to resolve discrepancies.
• Responsible for individual assigned stations of your own.
• Backing up other AP team members' stations.
