Job summary

CFS in Springfield, MA is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our accounting team. You will support the full accounts payable cycle and help maintain strong vendor relations.

We process about 150 invoices weekly and issue payments via ACH, checks and cards. Proficiency in Excel and strong organizational skills are a must.

Qualifications

• Prior full-cycle accounts payable experience required.
• Proficiency with Excel.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the full accounts payable cycle.
• Process approximately 150 invoices per week.
• Prepare and process weekly check runs.
