Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in Holliston, MA. The role focuses on processing a high volume of vendor invoices, ensuring accurate coding, approvals, and timely payments using Sage Intacct and TimberScan.

You will support month-end close and work closely with project teams to resolve discrepancies. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of AP experience, strong Excel skills, and a detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Accounts Payable Specialist Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage a high volume of vendor invoices, ensuring accurate coding, approvals, and timely payments.

Qualifications of the Accounts Payable Specialist

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with accounting or ERP systems.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

• Construction industry experience and familiarity with Sage Intacct, TimberScan, or similar AP automation platforms are preferred
