Responsibilities

• Process refunds and manage refunds for the online business with accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform high-volume data entry for accounts payable and related activities.
• Review invoices, track discrepancies, and resolve issues.
• Support accounting projects by gathering, organizing, and analyzing data.
• Use Excel for data tasks, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables, and generate reports.
• Answer invoice-related inquiries from customers by phone or email.
