Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or related financial operations.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas) and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support daily AP/AR operations and month-end close activities.
• Prepare accurate vendor and customer invoices and statements.
• Reconcile accounts and research discrepancies with internal stakeholders.
• Assist with financial reporting and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
