The Senior Manager of Accounting will own GAAP financial reporting, lead a team of accountants, and drive improvements through automation and strong controls while partnering with business leaders to deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

• GAAP reporting, consolidations, and month-end close expertise.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Experience leading accounting teams.
• Automation mindset and AI awareness.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements per GAAP.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor a team of accountants.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to analyze variances and trends.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate accounting workflows.
• Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and robust internal controls.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and support external audits.
• Leverage Workday and Power BI to enhance data accuracy and visibility.
• Support accounting policy updates and complex matters (revenue, leases, stock).
• Present results to leadership and translate data into insights.
• Support M&A due diligence and system implementations.
• Other duties as assigned.
