The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with 0–2 years of relevant experience, strong Excel and communication skills, and familiarity with Power BI and SQL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• 0–2 years of experience in finance, financial planning, or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office suite.
• Experience with Power BI and SQL is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist monthly forecast, annual plan and 3-year strategic financial plan.
• Prepare monthly financial reports comparing actual results to plan.
• Analyze results to provide data-driven insights to leadership.
• Develop dashboards and scorecards to monitor performance.
• Respond to ad hoc requests and support management queries.
• Cross-train as back-ups and stay current with trainings.
