Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 year experience in AR and/or credit preferred.
• Advanced Excel proficiency required.
• Strong organization, time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume data with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process credit and debit transactions in the NTS system.
• Reconcile account data and maintain financial records.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions to prepare and upload data.
• Review data for accuracy before uploads.
• Protect confidentiality of company and customer information.
• Collaborate with AR team and cross-functional partners.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality.
• Other duties as assigned.
