Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, finance, or related operations.
• Experience with ERP and accounting systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and payments per terms.
• Prepare customer invoices and apply payments.
• Reconcile accounts and research discrepancies.
• Support month-end close and reporting.
