Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or related field is required.
• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience with 3-way matching, sales and use tax, and month-end close.
• Experience with large-scale P2P and ERP systems, especially Oracle Fusion.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and pay vendor invoices.
• Partner with Purchasing and Warehouse to reconcile 3-way matching issues.
• Assist employees with payables issues and PO creation.
• Handle vendor inquiries to maintain good standing.
• Ensure bills are approved per policy before payment.
• Code bills and transactions correctly.
• Provide ad hoc reports to departments as needed.
