Symbiotic Services is recruiting an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to support the client’s Finance/Accounting department in Dallas, TX. The role focuses on accurate processing of supplier invoices, 3-way match in Oracle, and maintaining up-to-date payable records.

The successful candidate will manage AP workflows, verify PO/invoice quantities, code non-PO invoices, review vendor statements, and prepare payment proposals while monitoring disbursements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of accounts payable experience.
• Proficiency in Oracle, preferably Oracle 11.5 EBS.
• High school diploma or GED required; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter supplier invoices into Oracle daily and oversee AP automation workflows.
• Conduct 3-way match process (PO, receiver, and invoice) in Oracle.
• Verify that received quantities match the purchase order and invoice.
• Review and code non-PO invoices, ensuring correct approvals before payment processing.
