Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable.
• Experience with an ERP (specifically the Accounts Payable module) is mandatory.
• Demonstrate experience with AI technologies within an AP environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP best practices.
• Excellent team player and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Resolve invoice/PO blockers by researching root causes and collaborating with internal partners.
• Continuously improve AP processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Maintain vendor relationships and resolve inquiries and disputes.
• Process payments to vendors accurately and on time.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Provide daily KPI insights and drive improvements.
• Train AP staff and foster a collaborative, high-performing team.
