Beacon Hill Staffing Group is recruiting a Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist for a client in Tempe, AZ. This on-site role offers 15-20 hours per week, typically spread across four days, with responsibilities including invoice processing, reconciliations, and PO matching.

Ideal candidates will have AP experience, be detail-oriented, and comfortable using Sage 50 to manage vendor invoicing and reconcile AMEX transactions. Flexible part-time hours provide hands-on exposure to daily AP workflows.

We are actively recruiting for a Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist for one of our clients in Tempe, AZ. This is a fully on-site position offering approximately 15-20 hours per week, typically spread across 4 days.

Responsibilities

• Process approximately 100 accounts payable invoices per week using Sage 50
• Perform AMEX credit card reconciliations for both corporate and personal accounts
• Manage accounts payable for prepaid raw material purchases, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and vendor follow-up
• Match credit card transactions and vendor invoices to purchase orders, receipts, and supporting documentation
• Maintain accurate AP records and ensure timely processing of payments

Schedule

15-20 hours per week, approximately 4 days per week, fully on-site in Tempe, AZ.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced AP professional seeking a flexible part-time schedule while remaining hands‑on with invoice processing, reconciliations, and purchase order matching.
