• Process approximately 100 accounts payable invoices per week using Sage 50.
• Perform AMEX credit card reconciliations for both corporate and personal accounts.
• Manage accounts payable for prepaid raw material purchases, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and vendor follow-up.
• Match credit card transactions and vendor invoices to purchase orders, receipts, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate AP records and ensure timely processing of payments.
