Beacon Hill Staffing Group is recruiting a Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist for a client in Tempe, AZ. This on-site role offers 15-20 hours per week, typically spread across four days, with responsibilities including invoice processing, reconciliations, and PO matching.

Ideal candidates will have AP experience, be detail-oriented, and comfortable using Sage 50 to manage vendor invoicing and reconcile AMEX transactions. Flexible part-time hours provide hands-on exposure to daily AP workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable processing and reconciliations.
• Familiarity with Sage 50 and AP controls.
• Ability to work 15-20 hours per week on-site in Tempe.

Responsibilities

• Process approximately 100 accounts payable invoices per week using Sage 50.
• Perform AMEX credit card reconciliations for both corporate and personal accounts.
• Manage accounts payable for prepaid raw material purchases, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and vendor follow-up.
• Match credit card transactions and vendor invoices to purchase orders, receipts, and supporting documentation
• Maintain accurate AP records and ensure timely processing of payments
