Serco Inc. seeks a dynamic Manager, Accounting Services to oversee end-to-end accounts payable for North America, driving process improvements and scaling AP operations with technology.

You will lead a cross-functional team, ensure compliance with FAR/JTR and DCAA where applicable, manage vendor master records, and collaborate with Procurement, Treasury, and IT to align financial processes with corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Accounts Payable with strong controls and procurement knowledge.
• Minimum 4 years in a leadership role managing finance operations teams.
• Experience with government contracting regulations (FAR, JTR) and DCAA compliance.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end AP for US and Canada, including travel and expense reimbursements.
• Lead AP team to ensure timely posting, accurate reporting, and compliant data management.
• Maintain vendor master records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Prepare and file IRS forms 1099 and 1096; monitor payment schedules and cash flow.
• Drive process improvements and automation, partnering with Procurement, Treasury, IT.
