Job summary

Spotless Brands LLC is seeking a seasoned Manager of Accounts Payable to lead a small AP team and ensure accurate, timely payments across the organization. You will report to the Assistant Corporate Controller and collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Operations to uphold policy standards and support month-end close.

The role emphasizes process improvements, SOX/GAAP compliance, vendor management, and ERP-driven automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in Accounts Payable or Accounting with 2+ years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of AP processes, GAAP, and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and AP automation tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in multi-site, high-volume operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the AP team, ensuring accurate processing.
• Oversee vendor onboarding, invoice approvals, payments, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and SOX requirements (if applicable).
• Drive process improvements and AP automation initiatives.
