The role emphasizes process improvement, controls, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years in AP, 4+ years in a leadership role, and strong experience with Deltek Costpoint and IDP technologies, plus familiarity with FAR/JTR and DCAA compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Accounts Payable accounting
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a leadership role managing finance operations teams
• Excellent people management skills with focus on coaching and development
• Hands-on experience with OCR and IDP technologies in an AP environment
• Experience with government contracting regulations (FAR, JTR) and DCAA compliance

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage the Accounts Payable team, ensuring efficient workflows and timely invoice posting and payment processing
• Manage AP for US and Canadian entities, including travel and expense policies
• Ensure timely month-end close related to A/P
• Monitor payment schedules and cash flow optimization
• Prepare and file IRS Forms 1099/1096
• Maintain AP workflow software knowledge for end-users and admins
• Collaborate with Procurement, Vendor Management, Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, IT
