Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Lead Accounts Payable leader to oversee the full AP cycle, guide a high-performing AP team, and ensure accurate, timely vendor transactions. You will manage vendor relationships and support month-end close, while driving process improvements and SOX/tax compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance with 5+ years in AP, and hands-on ERP/AP automation experience. Leadership experience is preferred to guide the team effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent with 5+ years of AP experience.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and AP automation tools.
• Knowledge of 1099 reporting and tax regulations.
