Serco Inc. in Madison, WI seeks a dynamic Manager of Accounting Services to lead the AP team across North America. You will drive end-to-end AP processes, ensure accuracy, timeliness, and strong controls while partnering with Procurement, Treasury, and IT to scale operations.

The role requires a detail-oriented leader with extensive AP experience, government contracting knowledge, and proficiency with Deltek Costpoint, OCR/IDP tech, and data analytics tools. Excellent communication is essential.

Competenze

• US government contracting knowledge including FAR/JTR/DCAA.
• 6+ years in Accounts Payable with strong controls.
• 4+ years in a finance leadership role.
• Experience with procure-to-pay and journal entries.
• Audit support and internal control development.

Mansioni

• Lead AP team for US and Canada, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee month-end close and reporting for AP.
• Manage vendor master records and prevent fraud.
• Drive process improvements and automation in AP.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Treasury, and IT on controls.
• Prepare 1099/1096 filings and tax-related tasks.
