Serco Inc. seeks a dynamic Manager, Accounting Services to lead the Accounts Payable organization for North America, including US and Canada.

You will oversee day-to-day AP operations, drive process improvements, ensure compliance and partner with Procurement, Treasury and FP&A to align financial processes with corporate objectives. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in AP, and experience with government contracting (FAR, JTR) and Deltek Costpoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Accounts Payable with strong controls and procurement knowledge.
• Minimum 4 years in a leadership role managing finance operations teams including AP.
• Hands-on experience with OCR/IDP technologies in AP.
• Familiarity with FAR/JTR, DCAA compliance and US government contracting.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end AP operations for US and Canada entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead the AP team, drive continuous improvement and best practices in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure timely month-end close related to AP and manage travel/purchasing card programs.
• Partner with Procurement, Vendor Management, and Treasury to align financial processes with corporate objectives.
• Maintain internal controls, prepare AP reports and support audits.
