ADESA, a Carvana-owned company, is seeking a detail-oriented administrative professional in New York to manage daily account operations, invoicing, and AR. You will support inventory reporting and sale preparation while ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Joining a fast-paced team, you will work with cross-functional groups, vendors, and the sales team to deliver accurate financial records and exceptional customer service in a dynamic auction environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license.
• Able to safely drive a variety of vehicle makes, models and sizes.
• 1–3 years of administrative, accounting, or customer service experience; automotive/auction industry a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ability to learn internal systems.
• Basic invoicing and accounts receivable understanding.

Responsabilités

• Daily account operations including invoicing, accounts receivable, and payment processing.
• Inventory monitoring and reporting before and after sale; coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
• Ensure accurate sale preparation, lineup management, and reconditioning activities.
• Perform detailed reconciliation of transactions after auction activities.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team and resolve account discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate vehicle data, customer records, and transaction history.
