Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred or required.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily account operations including invoicing, Accounts Receivable, and payment processing.
• Oversee high-level inventory monitoring and reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy across systems and coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team and resolve account inquiries.
• Maintain vehicle and customer data in company systems.
