ADESA, a Carvana-owned company, seeks an administrative professional to manage commercial account operations in Ocala. You will handle invoicing, A/R, and daily financial activities to ensure seamless dealer partner experiences.

The role emphasizes accuracy, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to company policies while supporting sales and inventory processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; driving is mandatory.
• 1–3 years in administrative, accounting, or customer service roles.
• Automotive or auction industry experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Daily Account Operations: invoicing, A/R, and payment processing with professional communication.
• Inventory & Reporting: monitor and report inventory; coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
• Sale Preparation: lineup management, fee posting, and recon activities.
• Financial Reconciliation: detailed reconciliation of transactions post-auction.
• Sales Support: assist sales team and resolve inquiries or discrepancies.
• Data Integrity: accurate data entry for vehicle info and transactions.
• Compliance: adhere to policies and legal requirements.
• General Duties: other tasks as assigned by the CAM.
