6 Degrees Group is seeking an Accounting Manager for a client in Alpharetta, GA. This role leads the accounting department, overseeing month-end close, internal controls, and treasury operations for a fast-growing company.

The ideal candidate holds a CPA, has 5+ years of progressive accounting experience including supervisory responsibilities, and deep GAAP knowledge with Sage Intacct ERP. You will mentor a growing team and partner with leadership on audits and strategic matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• CPA certification is required for this role.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory or management responsibility.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and experience with ERP systems (Sage Intacct preferred).

Responsabilités

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Oversee treasury operations including cash forecasting and banking relationships.
• Manage and develop the accounting team and drive process improvements.
• Partner with leadership on audits, tax compliance, and strategic initiatives.
