Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• 5–10 years progressive accounting experience.
• Public accounting and private industry experience highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, and schedules.
• Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff.
• Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Coordinate external audits with outside auditors.
• Support strategic finance initiatives and special projects.
