6 Degrees Group is seeking an Accounting Manager for a client in Alpharetta, GA. This role leads the accounting department, overseeing month-end close, internal controls, and treasury operations for a fast-growing company.

The ideal candidate holds a CPA, has 5+ years of progressive accounting experience including supervisory responsibilities, and deep GAAP knowledge with Sage Intacct ERP. You will mentor a growing team and partner with leadership on audits and strategic matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• CPA certification is required for this role.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory or management responsibility.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and experience with ERP systems (Sage Intacct preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process with journal entries and reconciliations.

One of our clients is looking to hire an Accounting Manager in Alpharetta, GA. This role serves as the operational leader of the accounting department for a rapidly growing, highly profitable company, reporting directly to the VP & Corporate Controller. The position blends hands-on close management with treasury oversight, making it a great fit for someone who wants both technical depth and team leadership responsibility. • Manage and develop a growing accounting team while driving process improvement and automation initiatives
• Partner with leadership on technical accounting matters, audits, tax compliance, and strategic initiatives

Qualifications:
