Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with strong academic track record.
• Experience with client relations and HR systems/software project management is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities required.

Responsabilités

• Manage multiple accounts and identify customer needs to expand offerings.
• Lead sales presentations via conference calls, on-site meetings, and seminars.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop client references, case studies, and testimonials.
• Proactively contact clients and strive for 100% renewal rate.
• Escalate and resolve customer issues as needed.
