Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Round Rock, TX is seeking an Account Sales Trainee to prepare for the Account Sales Manager role. The position focuses on supporting sales initiatives, maintaining relationships with customers, and providing route coverage for ASM during absences.

You will train with ASMs, operate company vehicles in compliance with laws, manage paperwork, monitor competitors, and strive to meet monthly KPIs for sales, distribution, pricing, and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Train with Account Sales Managers (ASMs) and cover routes as needed.

• Maintain invoices, bills, and paperwork; deliver documentation after deliveries.
• Monitor competitor activities and pricing changes.
• Strive to meet monthly KPI targets: sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, merchandising.
• Maintain strong team communication and protect the company brand.
• Support other duties as assigned.
