Matador Distributing LLC is offering an Account Sales Trainee role in Chattanooga, TN to prepare you for the Account Sales Manager position. You will support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for ASMs during absences while maintaining relationships with customers across large and small off-premise stores.

This training role emphasizes safe, productive, and professional service in line with company standards and will involve collaboration with management, merchandising, and operations

Responsibilities

• Train with Account Sales Managers and cover routes as needed.
• Operate company vehicles per state/federal laws.
• Maintain invoices, bills and paperwork.
• Deliver documentation to staff after delivery.
• Monitor competitor activities and pricing.
• Hit monthly KPIs for sales, distribution, pricing, display and merchandising.
• Maintain strong cross‑team communication.
• Keep equipment clean and in good working order.
• Protect and build the company brand.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
