Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Byron, GA is seeking a detail-oriented Account Sales Trainee to support sales initiatives and learn the Account Sales Manager role. You will assist with route coverage and maintain customer relationships across retail stores under supervision.

As you train with ASMs, you will operate company vehicles, manage invoices, monitor competitor activity, and strive to achieve monthly KPIs in sales, distribution, pricing and merchandising.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; background check and drug testing.
• Prior sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Train with Accounts Sales Managers (ASMs) and cover routes as needed.
• Operate company vehicles in compliance with laws.
• Maintain signed invoices, bills and paperwork.
• Deliver documentation to staff after delivery.
• Monitor competitor activity and price changes.
• Aim to meet monthly KPIs for sales, distribution, pricing and merchandising.
• Maintain clear communication across the team.
• Keep equipment clean and in good condition.
• Build and protect the company brand.
• Other duties as assigned.
