Our successful State Farm agency is looking for a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. This is an in-office, Monday-Friday sales position for someone who enjoys working toward goals and wants the opportunity to increase their income through performance.
You’ll work with both current customers and new prospects to identify insurance needs, explain coverage options, and recommend appropriate State Farm products and services.
We're looking for someone who is self‑motivated, dependable, competitive, and comfortable asking for the sale.
The right person will have:
Insurance licensing is required for this position. Already licensed candidates are preferred; however, we may consider a strong sales candidate who is willing and able to obtain the required Texas Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
Team members are expected to maintain all required licenses and stay current on product changes, technical developments, training, and continuing education requirements.
Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
This is an in-office position.
