Position Overview

State Farm Agent is seeking an energetic sales and service representative to join a winning team. The role focuses on value‑based conversations and delivering a remarkable customer experience in a fast‑paced environment, offering excellent income and growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries about insurance availability, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing.
• Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Compensation

Compensation: $46,000.00 – $76,000.00 per year

Requirements

• Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
• Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and listening.
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risks, recover from the unexpected, and realize dreams.
• People‑oriented.
• Self‑motivated.
• Ability to make presentations to potential customers.
• Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals.
• Experience in marketing.
• Property and Casualty license (must have currently).
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
• Available to work the following schedule: Monday–Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
