Job summary

Veeva Systems in San Francisco is seeking an Account Executive/Account Partner for R&D, Quality, and Vault Cloud to grow across Life Sciences Contract Services, CMO, and Generics markets. You will generate opportunities, win new business, and build strategic customer relationships while helping organizations modernize operations through cloud technology.

You will be responsible for generating opportunities, winning business, and managing strategic relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of combined experience in sales and/or consulting, with min. 2 years in the life sciences space.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Consultative Sales experience with Life Science Software Solutions.
• Strategic account planning and execution skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with a wide range of customers from end users to C-level.
• Must be highly self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision.
• A passion for solving customer business problems.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with key stakeholders across Business, IT, and C-level
• Meet/exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets
• Manage complex sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources as appropriate
• Keep current with industry trends and engage customers in addressing their business challenges
