Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking an Account Operations Supervisor, Ground to lead the Operational Account Coordinator team and ensure high-quality demand intake for the ground network. You will own upstream processes, drive accuracy, and set a standard of communication with customers while guiding escalation handling.

The role covers intake quality, consolidation governance, and customer relationship standards, with accountability for account-level performance and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in freight or 3PL account management, customer operations, or transportation operations, including 1–3 years leading or supervising a team.
• Demonstrated ownership of a customer relationship through a service failure and ability to hold the relationship without over-promising.

Responsibilities

• Own the quality of intake and booking governance for demand entering the ground network.
• Audit bookings for completeness at first release and enforce asset detail and required dates.
• Own the consolidation decision tree and ensure it is applied to every new request before a booking is created.
• Coordinate with supervisors and capacity managers when consolidations change capacity or documentation.
• Prepare and present operational performance in account reviews with corrective actions.
