Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics seeks a proven operations leader to direct a key account, ensuring staff execute service agreements to client standards and driving profitability through proactive communication and timely follow-up. You will plan staffing, monitor budgets, manage revenue and expenses, and develop employees while overseeing purchasing and financial reporting.

A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred; seven years related experience and five years supervisory

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office, internet, and job-specific software applications.
• Strong interpersonal communication with clients and internal staff.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress effectively.

Responsibilities

• Leads, directs and manages operations for the account to ensure service agreements meet client standards.
• Maximize profitability through superior service, effective communication and follow-up on pending matters.
• Plan and monitor daily staffing schedules and adjust to meet operational demands and business objectives.
• Manage revenue and expenses to budget constraints.
• Trains, develops and motivates employees to peak performance and growth.
• Manages the financial aspects of the department including purchasing, budgeting and reporting.
• Other duties as assigned.
