Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC seeks an Operational Account Coordinator, Ground to serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts. You will convert demand into bookings in TMF, review loads to prevent duplicates, and monitor during transit to resolve exceptions.

You will own customer communications, schedule appointments, and coordinate with capacity planning and outbound teams to keep dates solid and customers informed.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in freight or 3PL coordination, customer service, or transportation operations.
• Ability to read a load/shipment board and make consolidation judgments.
• Experience with customer platforms and reconciling with a TMS.
• Knowledge of US domestic ground freight modes and lifecycle.
• Excellent written communication and escalation handling.
• MS Office proficiency and Teams usage.

Responsibilities

• Receive and interpret customer booking requests and confirm service details.
• Build and validate bookings in TMF from customer requests.
• Coordinate consolidations and communicate decisions with Ops teams.
• Own all customer communications and manage escalations and appointment changes.
• Monitor activity across boards and escalate operational exceptions.
• Ensure bookings are complete and accurate at first release.
