Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking an experienced Operations Key Account Manager to lead strategic accounts and drive operational excellence across Air Freight, Road Freight, Customs Brokerage, Warehousing, Project Logistics, and White Glove Services.

You will act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, manage KPIs, oversee onboarding, and identify opportunities for service expansion while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction across your portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience within freight forwarding, logistics, transportation, supply chain, or account management.
• Proven experience managing strategic customer accounts.
• Strong understanding of international logistics operations.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned strategic and key accounts.
• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities across all service lines.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and drive revenue growth within accounts.
• Lead Root Cause Corrective Action investigations and coordinate cross-functional teams.
