Job summary

Crane is seeking an Account Operations Supervisor, Ground to lead the Operational Account Coordinator team and elevate upstream demand accuracy before bookings. You will own intake quality, consolidation decisions, and customer communications as the primary escalation point when issues arise.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 5–7 years in freight or 3PL account management; 1–3 years leading a team.
• Must demonstrate ownership of a customer relationship through a service failure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure intake quality and booking governance from customer requests to final booking.
• Own consolidation decision tree and prevent duplicates in booking.
• Set and enforce account communication standards with customers.
• Escalate issues when coordinators cannot resolve with clear internal requests.
• Lead on performance reviews and continuous improvement actions.
